About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Dedicated Sales Manager to lead our automation and EMS business development. You will work closely with regional teams to identify customer needs, present automation solutions, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop automation and manufacturing service opportunities with existing and new customers to achieve annual growth targets
• Identify and engage key customers, manage relationships, and uncover manufacturing needs
• Present and explain automation solutions that align with customer technical and business goals
• Collaborate with local teams to secure key projects and bids
• Analyz market trends, customer segments, and competitors to support business strategy and quarterly reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any technical degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the automation or EMS industry
• Basic understanding of automation and manufacturing technologies
• Strong communication and present skills
• Willingness to travel
