About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to drive our automation business. You will work closely with local sales teams and global technical teams to identify customer needs, shape product strategies, and ensure our automation solutions deliver real value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to explore and expand automation opportunities with existing and new customers
• Understand customer manufacturing needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and ability to independently present solution to clients
• Prepare presentations / fighting guide, and conduct training for regional sales and partners
• Analyze market size & growth rate, lead customer list by verticals/ competitors, to guide strategy and reporting
• Manager and optimize the portfolio to fit local market needs and identify opportunities for new product / solutions launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field
• 3+ year of experience in product management or automation-related roles
• Strong technical understanding of automation/ manufacturing technologies and ability to independently present solution to clients.
• Strong communication, analytical, and self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Willingness to travel as needed
